Ingredients:- Pork pulp 450g
- Pepper black ground 3 pinch
- Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs.
- Pepper sweet 2 pcs.
- Onion 0.5 pcs.
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sunflower refined oil 75 ml
- Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Pickle bicarbonate 175 ml
- Step 1 To prepare this dish, we need pork pulp, pickles, sweet peppers, onions, garlic, parsley, salt, black ground pepper, sunflower refined oil, cucumber brine.
- Step 2 Cut the pork into medium pieces.
- Step 3 Cucumbers, sweet peppers and onions cut into small cubes.
- Step 4 Lightly fry the pork in refined sunflower oil.
- Step 5 We pour onion, salt and pepper (add salt carefully, taking into account that we will still pour in salted pickled cucumber and add pickles). Stir, fry until soft onion.
- Step 6 Add the sliced pickled cucumbers and sweet pepper to the pan. Fry for about five minutes on high heat.
- Step 7 We pour in the brine, let it boil, cover it, reduce the heat to a slow one and stew it for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Step 8 After 40 minutes, add garlic and parsley to the meat. Cooking for high heat for 5 minutes, then still under the lid on a slow fire for 5 minutes and remove the frying pan from the fire.
- Step 9 Serve with garnish, preferably potatoes, rice or pasta.
