Today I decided to cook chicken meatballs in pots, and that it was more interesting to add vegetables to the pot. The basis of the vegetable garnish was canned with vegetables in tomato sauce beans - it is fast, and often many make such a preparation for the winter. If there is no ready-made bean - you can boil or take the usual in a jar, only in this case add tomato paste or sauce and fry a little carrots with onions. It turned out very tasty, and most importantly, quickly and immediately the second hot dish completely: meat, side dish, sauce!
Ingredients:- Chicken mince 500 g
- Parmesan cheese 10 g
- Flour, wheat 30 g
- Sour cream 80 g
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Sunflower refined oil 80 ml
- Onion 30 g
- Cabbage Peking 60 g
- White beans canned 200 g
- Round-grain rice 100 g
- Black pepper powder 1 g
- Step 1 To prepare chicken meatballs in pots with vegetable garnish, we take chicken forcemeat, round rice, beans in tomato sauce, Peking cabbage, egg, sour cream, onion, sunflower oil, parmesan, black pepper powder, flour.
