Winter salad with bean sprouts Salad is prepared from carrots, bean sprouts, a small slice of omelette sprinkled with sesame seeds and wrapped in parboiled leaves of Peking cabbage. Such a set and serve corresponds to a festive table, usually on Rozhdetsvo, but also this salad will perfectly please you on weekdays. Ingredients:- Badyan (star anise) 4 stars
- Cabbage Peking 450 g
- Sesame White 1 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Carrots 100 g
- Bean sprouts 100 g
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Salt 4 pinch
- Garlic 1 clove
- Leeks 20 g
- Soy sauce 1 tsp.
- Broth of vegetable 100 ml
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 20 ml
- Step 1 Prepare all the ingredients: carrots, bean sprouts, leeks, chinese cabbage, chives, egg, sunflower oil, soy sauce dark, anise, sesame and toothpicks (8 pieces).
- Step 2 Cut the onions finely and squeeze the garlic through the press.
- Step 3 Mix all the liquid ingredients: squeeze the lemon juice 2 tbsp. L., broth, butter and soy sauce.
- Step 4 In a heat-resistant dish, the liquid ingredients with garlic and onions are brought to a boil and immediately removed from the plate.
- Step 5 Sesame a little fry without oil until golden brown.
- Step 6 Egg a little whisk and fry in a hot pan with non-stick coating on several drops of oil, only on one side. Sprinkle the omelet with sesame seeds.
- Step 7 In the boiling water lay out cut into thin strips of carrots and shoots of legumes. Boil for 1 minute. And immediately we shall fill in with cold water.
- Step 8 Warm omelette cut into 4 parts, and then every one else on strips.
- Step 9 Over boiling water with anise stars we will build a bath for cabbage leaves. The largest 8 leaves are salt, pepper and evaporate in a bath, closing the lid for about 2 minutes.
