Now let's make a salad dressing. We pour olive oil into the bowl, squeeze a pair of cloves of garlic into it, then squeeze out the juice of half a lemon (or lime). Thoroughly mix and leave. In a large bowl shinkle green, there also add the large chopped lettuce leaves, as well as sliced ​​tomatoes and thin plates of peppers. We fill with the dressing we prepared, salt and pepper. We mix it well. Spread a plate of salad on the plate, lay mussels on top of the salad. We chop the boiled eggs into large slices, spread them over the salad.
