As you can see, you can cook eggplant pulp, minced meat and vegetables at the same time - then you will cook the dish very quickly. Now the main thing. Once you have performed all the above procedures, mix the eggplant pulp, minced meat, fried vegetables, chopped greens, breadcrumbs, egg and cheese in a large bowl. Then add the diced tomatoes. We mix this whole thing, and with the resulting mixture we stuff our eggplant boats. Spread into a baking dish, oiled. We put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and bake for about 45 minutes.
