Mini pizza with ham and zucchini I want to share my author's recipe for mini pizzas with zucchini. The history of his appearance is as follows. Once in the 90's, during the crisis and lack of money, zucchini for a long period accounted for the bulk of the family ration. They were so fed up to this point that until now my family did not want to hear about them, although the vegetable itself is remarkable. I wondered what it would be like to cook with zucchini, so that they still did not cause wrinkled noses and displeased looks. And then it dawned on me - you need to stuff them in the manner of pizza. Since then, mini-pizzas with zucchini I cook often, and everyone is delighted. Pizza is very juicy with a very balanced taste. During the ripening of zucchini you can take overgrown specimens, in this recipe they are at the right time, well, at other times zucchini size is bigger than larger.
Ingredients:- Wheat Flour 1.5 tbsp.
- Sugar 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Yeast, dry 7 g
- Water boiled 0.5 tbsp.
- Tomato sauce 2 tbsp. l.
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Cherry tomatoes 4 pcs.
- Tomatoes 1 pc.
- Cheese Parmesan 70 g
- Zucchini 500g
- Ham 150g
- Rucola 2 g
- Step 1 Prepare the ingredients we need: pre-prepared dough, zucchini, Parmesan cheese, large and cherry tomatoes, a small slice of sweet pepper, ham, olive oil, tomato sauce and greens. The usual parsley and delicatessen are suitable.
- Step 2 Zucchini peeled, cut into circles with a thickness of 12-13 mm, cut the core with seeds, turning into rings.
- Step 3 Sprinkle the zucchini with salt and rub it lightly into the rings, let them soak and let the juice come out.
- Step 4 Cut the pepper into very thin strips.
- Step 5 Cut the boiled ham into small cubes.
- Step 6 Cut a large tomato and cherry tomatoes into thin slices.
- Step 7 Parmesan grate with fine shavings.
- Step 8 From the dough to form balls the size of a walnut.
- Step 9 Flatten the balls into small thin cakes, 1 cm more than the diameter of the zucchini rings, put them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper or with non-stick coating. Lubricate the cakes with olive oil.
- Step 10 Put the zucchini rings on the cakes and lightly press them from the top, drowning them in the dough.
- Step 11 Cover the tomato sauce with the zucchini ring.
- Step 12 Inside the ring along its perimeter and put a strip of pepper on the bottom, fill it with diced cubes so that the ring is completely filled.
- Step 13 Cover the ham with a cup of tomato.
- Step 14 Put on each piece of tomato a handful of Parmesan and on top of the "button" of cherry. Put in the oven, preheated to 220 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
- Step 15 Take out the prepared mini pizzas, take them off the paper. Decorate pizza with parsley or arugula, depending on the presence of greenery or taste preferences - you can enjoy a wonderful taste!
