Salad in a basket This salad I first saw in the university cafeteria - and immediately decided to try it! It was just amazing - a crisp baskets and fresh vegetables ... And how to cook this basket, who knows? After several attempts in various ways, it finally dawned on me! And there was no joy in the chapel! Fill the basket you can as a green salad, and fruit, creating a wonderful dessert! The basket is prepared very simply - from the piadine. Lubricate the piadin with oil, put it in a small bowl with high walls and then put it in the oven so that the piadina becomes crispy! A little imagination and a delicious salad is ready!
