- Wheat Flour - 3/4 Cups

- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- blueberries - 1 1/2 cups
- oatmeal - 1/4 cup
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Prepare 12 paper liners for muffins. Place them in a baking dish. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, flour, 1/2 cup of toasted wheat germ, baking powder, salt and 2/3 cup brown sugar. Make a deepening in the center and pour in milk, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix gently. Add the blueberries. Divide the dough between the paper inserts. Mix 2 tablespoons of wheat germ, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and oat flakes in a small bowl. Sprinkle with a mixture of muffins. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the oven. Allow to cool completely and serve.
