Salad with cottage cheese and tuna Such combination as canned tuna and curd is a little surprising, but what restrictions can there be in the kitchen ?! Especially since such a salad will have to liking, or rather to say on the stomach, to many. Canned tuna is suitable in any form: in its own juice, in oil, slices or crushed. But the cottage cheese needs friable, granular. In this form it is easier to mix with the rest of the ingredients. Choosing cottage cheese in the store, you know that this product is not always of high quality. After all, often, unscrupulous producers in the curd add chemicals or even soy. So, first of all, study the contents of the label. Also, the cottage cheese should have a creamy shade, but not a cyanotic one. Ideally, it is better to buy cottage cheese in the villages or in the market. You can try it, sniff it and talk directly with the manufacturer, that is, with the seller. Appreciate the appearance of the merchant, his neatness. And remember that a quality cottage cheese does not taste sour, it is already tasty and pleasant to taste without sugar or honey.
