Noodles with tuna sauce

WHAT DO YOU NEED:

• 400 g of egg noodles
• 2 cloves garlic
• 300 g of tuna in its own juice
• 8 tomatoes
• 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
• 1 bunch of parsley
• 2 sprigs of basil
• salt to taste


WHAT TO DO:


1. Peel and grind garlic. Tomatoes to give a steep boiling water, remove the skin, the flesh is cut into large pieces. Remove the tuna from a jar, dry and cut into slices. Fry the garlic in hot oil, 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes and pieces of tuna, add salt and simmer on a small fire under the lid 10 min. Parsley is washed, chopped and added to the sauce.

2. Boil the salted water, put the noodles and cook until done, 3 minutes.
Put the noodles on a sieve, drain all the water. Transfer to a preheated bowl, pour with tuna sauce and decorate with basil leaves.
