Ingredients:
- beef - 500 g
- sweet pepper - 1 pc
- onions - 2-3 pieces
- potatoes - 4 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pc
- paprika powder - to taste
- tomato juice - 150 ml
- Butter - 50 g
Cooking method:
- Prepare all the products: wash the vegetables and peel them.
- For preparation of goulash from beef it is desirable to prepare a cauldron. But if there was not one in the farm, a deep frying pan would also be suitable for this purpose
- Put a piece of butter in the bowl and melt over low heat.
- Add the chopped meat into the pan and fry superficially for 2-3 minutes.
- Immediately lay out onions sliced with straw, carrots and sweet peppers.
- Stir well all ingredients and cover. Tomite in this state 1,5-2 hours.
- To prepare a delicious goulash from beef, salt and pepper should be added at the very end of the process. Otherwise, the meat will become dry.
- Periodically remove the lid and stir the ingredients so that they fade evenly.
- Put in 1 tbsp. l. paprika and leave to cook for another 15 minutes.
- Then add the potatoes, pre-cut into large cubes. Immediately add 150 ml of tomato juice and cover.
- Add 100 ml of water, as the potatoes will absorb some of the liquid.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Leave to stew until complete.
- The dish is ready! Serve goulash with gravy in a hot form.

An equally interesting recipe for cooking goulash from beef is a variation with prunes. This way of cooking is good because it takes no more than an hour to take, while a classic dish should be quenched twice as long.

- chicken broth - 150 ml
- Prunes - 150g
- bulb - 1 piece
- cloves - 3-4 pieces
- salt, pepper - to taste
- vegetable oil
