My favorite taste is plum-grape, with anise and cinnamon, an incredibly harmonious tandem turns out!
Ingredients:- Plum 10 g
- Light Grapes 300g
- Badyan (star anise) 2 stars
- Cinnamon sticks 1 stick
- Sugar 3.5 tbsp. l.
- Water 2.5 l
- Step 1 For the preparation of spicy plum-grape compote we need: large plums, white grapes, sugar, anise stars and a stick of cinnamon.
- Step 2 Wash the plums and make a sharp knife with cross-shaped incisions on each sink.
