Pancakes on milk with nuts Pancakes with a large content of ground into a flour of walnuts are excellent! Ingredients:- Nuts walnut 140 g
- Cream 250 ml
- Milk 220 ml
- Wheat flour 6 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Sugar 3.5 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Soda 0.3 tsp.
- Step 1 For the preparation of walnut pancakes, we need the following products: peeled walnuts (140 g already peeled), fat cream, milk, chicken eggs, wheat flour, sugar, sunflower refined oil, soda, peeled and baked in the oven or microwave oven.
- Step 2 Nuts of walnuts are smeared in the bowl of the blender to the state of flour.
- Step 3 Eggs and sugar whisk with a whisk.
- Step 4 Add hazelnut flour to the egg-sugar mixture.
- Step 5 Mix and pour in a thick cream of room temperature.
- Step 6 Stir until smooth.
- Step 7 Pour the sifted and mixed with soda wheat flour.
- Step 8 Mix the flour into the dough, gradually pouring in the milk at room temperature.
- Step 9 And at the end of mixing, pour in and mix the sunflower refined oil into the nut pancake dough.
- Step 10 As a result, we get not a liquid dough, which we leave for 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Step 11 After 10 minutes, proceed to the preparation of pancakes (fry pancakes in the usual way on both sides).
- Step 12 From this number of ingredients, I got 10 not thin nutty delicious pancakes. We serve them for dessert with honey, decorating with walnut kernels.
