Simple homemade cake I propose to prepare a very simple cake, for which you do not even need to turn on the oven. The cake is cooked in a frying pan. And although it consists of 8 cakes and custard, you will not spend much time preparing it. The thing is that the cakes are cooked in a pan only 1-2 minutes. In a short time you will have eight cakes ready. It remains to grease them with a hot custard and let it brew for several hours. With the preparation of such a cake must cope even a child!
Ingredients:- Condensed milk 125 g
- Wheat flour 1.6 tbsp.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Soda 0.3 tsp.
- Table vinegar 5 ml
- Milk 250 ml
- Sugar 0.5 tbsp.
- Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l.
- Butter 100 g
- Sugar, vanilla 20 g
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Step 1 To prepare the cakes we need flour, egg, condensed milk, soda, vinegar.
- Step 2 Combine the egg and the condensed milk.
- Step 3 Shake with a fork until a uniform mass is formed. Add soda and vinegar.
- Step 4 Add the flour with the baking powder. Knead the dough.
- Step 5 Divide the dough into 8 parts.
- Step 6 Roll each one on a floured flour board into a thin cake.
- Step 7 Fry each cake on a hot dry frying pan for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Step 8 Using a plate and a sharp knife, cut out the round cakes with a diameter of 13-14 cm.
- Step 9 For the cream, we need milk, sugar, flour, egg, butter, vanilla sugar.
- Step 10 Combine the milk, egg, flour, sugar. Mix well with a fork or mixer and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Step 11 Add the butter and boil for 20 seconds.
- Step 12 Ready cakes.
- Step 13 Grease with a hot cream.
- Step 14 Cover the top and sides of the cake with cream. Sprinkle with crumb of cut pieces of cakes (they must be crushed with a food processor).
- Step 15 The cake should be infused before serving for 2-3 hours.
