Of course no! All that is needed for a good mood is the serotonin hormone produced by the brain in the required quantities. We overeat because we eat the wrong foods. Prepare it easily: you will need juice of half a lemon, a teaspoon of honey, 30 grams of aloe juice and 200 ml of mineral water enriched with calcium, magnesium, lithium, bicarbonate, manganese, iodine and iron. Be sure to have breakfast! Breakfast, rich in nutrients, will encourage your body to burn excess fat. Eat a low-calorie breakfast - this is not the same as completely giving up on it. In addition, it is believed that these fats interfere with the body to properly digest useful fats, and, consequently, they interfere with the production of serotonin. It should be remembered that under the influence of high temperature - for example, during frying - all fats are hydrogenated, so the food is better cooked, baked, cooked on the grill, steamed.
