If the belly is far reaching, then you can put a small pillow, a ball, a soft toy on your feet and invite the baby to try to reach out to the belly before them.
A small addition! First exercise 4 and 5 we repeat on the right, and then on the left leg.

Well, our toy friend is asleep, so we can relax and have a rest. At the end of the charge, let the baby lie down for a moment and relax on the floor with straightened handles and legs. You can help him by doing a simple massage - stroking the movements throughout the body.
Our toy finally falls asleep, and we cover it with a warm blanket, into which ... our own tummy turns.
