Potato salad with pickled mushrooms Salad does not always precede a meal. Sometimes it can be a full dinner or part of lunch. To such salads, you can include olivier, herring under the fur coat, and other hearty salads, which include potatoes. In addition, many people with great pleasure eat them, and not just boiled potatoes with fresh, pickled or boiled vegetables and other products. This is an excellent way out in a situation where you did not take care of preparing a dinner on time, or when there is not much to cook. Although potato salad with pickled mushrooms is difficult to call a dish unpretentious, not pretending to some sophistication. An interesting combination of tastes of mushrooms, fresh cucumbers and potatoes can make it one of the favorites in your family. In the recipe of potato salad with pickled mushrooms, you can make small changes: for example, instead of champignons, add to it hand-picked and pickled small honey agarics. This will give the salad a slightly different flavor and even more attractive look.
Ingredients:- Potatoes 3 pcs.
- Cucumber 2 pcs.
- Marinated champignons 250 g
- Green onions 0.5 bunch
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare a salad let's take potatoes, fresh cucumbers, green onions, vegetable little and mushrooms. I used marinated mushrooms in my salad.
- Step 2 Pre-wash the potatoes well and boil in a uniform for 20-25 minutes, then clean and cut into cubes. Cucumbers also cut into cubes.
- Step 3 Marinated mushrooms cut in half.
- Step 4 A small bunch of green onion is well washed and dried, the white part is finely chopped, and the green one is slightly larger.
- Step 5 Combine potatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms, onions and vegetable oil.
- Step 6 Mix well the salad, add salt to taste.
