In order to be healthy and look beautiful, we also need certain conditions that are completely independent of us. One of these conditions, first of all, is providing people with unlimited and free access to natural, useful food.

Eco-friendly food is food, which consists exclusively of natural food products that are deprived of various chemicals and pesticides and grown in ecologically clean conditions. To our great regret, our ecology does not allow growing vegetables and fruits in polluted earth and air. Undoubtedly, there would be such food producers who honestly and responsibly would treat the process of producing environmentally friendly food, perhaps their number was not that small. That's just growing such products in our time will be so expensive that it will be very difficult to find a market for products of such producers. The concepts of ecologically clean food are incompatible with the presence in it of various chemistry that poisons not only our organism, but also the environment. Ecological food is associated not only with its useful vitamins and minerals, but also implies that its production or cultivation in any way, even indirect, does not harm the environment. Pesticides, so fond of dishonest and irresponsible producers, have a huge negative impact on the soil, in which they are added only in order to protect the entire crop from negative influence from the outside, to prevent the loss of most of the crop, even ignoring the fact that the harvested crop is no longer will have all natural vitamins.

Ecologically clean can be called that food, which has vitamins, given to it by nature, food, the cultivation of which has no negative impact on the environment. In the world, after all, there is a small number of fighters for safety and restoration of the ecological level on the planet. Many of them are producers of clean food, devoid of various chemical impurities, they also organize environmental actions in support of the Earth. Consuming environmentally friendly food, we will help not only our planet, but also our health, improving and strengthening it.

Net food, that is, food free of chemicals and pesticides, is not available to everyone, but only to wealthy people. They have the opportunity to consume organic products, despite their high price. Unfortunately, in Russia and the CIS countries, there has not yet come a time when people will understand the importance of consuming healthy and natural foods grown in the garden.

The most environmentally friendly is the food grown in the village. The land there is quite clean, not contaminated with various substances, thrown into the water and soil by large enterprises. On such a land will grow excellent, and most importantly, useful products. The only drawback is the small area of ​​land of this quality. Food will be environmentally friendly only when the world begins to take care of the state and level of environmental safety. In order to make food clean and ecological, it is necessary to develop scientific projects relating to environmental problems and ways to solve them, to introduce them into action, to provide material and technical basis for new promising enterprises producing environmental products. That's only to teach people that it is better to overpay for a real, environmentally friendly product, will be the most judicious decision, since health is always the most expensive, spoiling it - you do not want anything else.
