- pasta Bucatini or spaghetti - 240 Grams
- olive oil - 2 items. spoons
- red onions - 1/2 Pieces
- cherry tomatoes - 1 1/2 cups
- chicken broth or white wine - 3/4 Cups
- garlic - 2 teeth
- fillet of anchovy - 4 pieces
- pitted olives - 1/2 cup
- Basil leaves - 12 pieces
- Parmesan cheese - 120 Grams
1. In a saucepan with boiling salted water, boil the pasta until it is ready. Cut the red onion, cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Stir garlic, anchovies and black olives using a mortar and pestle, or simply chop them finely together. Set aside. 2. Use a fork to crumble Parmesan cheese. 3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chopped red onions and fry until it turns slightly caramelized. 4. Add the tomatoes cut in half and fry for a couple of minutes. 5. Pour chicken broth or white wine and cook for 2 more minutes. 6. Then add a mixture of anchovies. Stir and boil for a few minutes until the sauce is reduced in volume. Add salt and pepper to taste. 7. Drain the pasta and put into a saucepan. Add Parmesan cheese and mix with cooked sauce. Tear off the basil leaves and sprinkle on top. Immediately submit.
