Ingredients. Cucumbers mine and cut: first along the halves, then each halves into 3-4 parts, and finally, each part is still in half. Fold the sliced cucumbers into a bowl. Add to the cucumber chopped greens and chopped garlic. We add olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. We mix it well. Actually, a salad of cucumbers is ready for use. Salad is well stored in the refrigerator, if it is not salted, but the best, of course, is immediately, fresh.
