In a high frying pan place finished shredded asparagus shoots, pour it with water, so that the liquid covers the shoots, and put on medium fire. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes until the asparagus becomes tender. 3. Thoroughly drain all water. Sprinkle the boiled asparagus with olive oil, sprinkle with grated parmesan, put half of the tomatoes, salt to taste. 4. Cover again and simmer for another 2 minutes to allow the cheese to melt. A wonderful side dish is ready to serve on a table with meat and fish dishes.
