Ingredients. In a frying pan in olive oil fry garlic cut into plates. About Ingredients: Instructions

Ingredients. In a frying pan in olive oil fry garlic cut into plates. Fry literally 1-2 minutes, until golden and fragrant. Then increase the fire and add the cherry tomatoes cut into halves into the pan. Fry 1 minute to the softness of tomatoes, then add capers, mix and immediately remove from heat. Fish well rubbed with salt and pepper. We take parchment paper, pour a little olive oil on the edge of the paper, put fish on the oil. Under the fish we put a couple of thin slices of lemon, on the fish - twigs of thyme, as well as fried capers, tomatoes and garlic. On top again, lightly sprinkle with olive oil. The other half of the sheet is covered with fish, the edges are fastened with a stapler (simply and quickly). Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees (depending on the thickness of the fish pieces). We remove the ready fish envelopes from the oven, give them a couple of minutes to stand. We serve directly in the envelope until the fish has cooled down. Sprigs of thyme and lemon can be thrown away. Serve well with vegetable garnish or rice, and always with white wine. Bon Appetit! :)
