First, in a large bowl, bring the milk to a boil, then cook the rice in it for 20 minutes - until cooked. Cook on medium heat, under the lid. Then the porridge must be cooled. In the meantime, with berries, drain all the liquid. In a separate bowl, separate the yolks from the proteins and grind the yolks and butter. Add sugar there and mix well, then cottage cheese and mix everything again. Then mix the curd and porridge with cherries. Whisk the whites separately with a pinch of salt, and then pour them into the bulk, stir gently with a spoon. Shape the oil and put a mixture in them. Bake for 40 minutes. Ready products can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
