How to make soup-puree from cherry: 1. Peel the potatoes and cook together with two-thirds of the veselin until the potatoes are ready. 2. Then again combine with the remaining broth of puree from the blender. 3. Peel the onions and chop finely. In butter, fry the remainder of the cherry along with the onion (until golden brown). 4. Mushrooms fried with onions add to the already obtained soup-mashed potatoes. All this again bring to a boil and cook over low heat. 5. In a previously left small amount of broth, stir well two tablespoons of flour and cream. Pour it all into the cooking soup. Add salt and pepper to taste. And after that, stirring, boil the soup for another ten minutes. 6. Soup is ready. It can be left in this form or crushed again in a blender.
