We take our beets and thoroughly wash it under running water. We clean it and rub it on a large grater. In the pot, pour the water and dip it into the beets. Bring the water to a boil. Salt, pepper, then cook the beets for 10 minutes. Beetroot must dye the water properly during this time. Add a spoonful of sugar and citric acid. This will give the broth an even brighter color. Then we pass the contents of the pan through a colander (we no longer need beetroot). Cool the broth! At the same time we should boil eggs, potatoes. Then clean them, cut them and put them in one bowl. Add the same dill and diced cucumber and sausage. Vegetables pour into broth and leave overnight in the fridge.
