- fresh lemon juice - 1/4 cup
- white wine vinegar - 1/4 Glass
- sugar - 2 teaspoons
- salt - 1 teaspoon
- ground pepper - 1/4 teaspoons
- olive oil - 1 glass
In a bowl or jar mix lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, salt and ground pepper. Cover and shake until salt and sugar dissolve. Add oil, whip the mass with a whisk. Cool in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
