- Egg of chicken - 4 pieces
- Butter - 30 Grams
- Rukkola - 10 Grams
- Salt - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Parma ham - 20 grams
Eggs are broken into a bowl, salt and a fork, lightly beaten, so that the yolk and protein are mixed. Melted butter and add to the beaten eggs. Pour the resulting mass into a heated frying pan. We cook the omelette over low heat. Do not do anything - just watch so as not to get burned :) We cook exactly until the moment when the omelette ceases to be liquid on the surface. So, when the omelet gets the necessary consistency, we remove the frying pan from the fire. Immediately put on the edge of the omelet ham and rukkola. Quickly roll the roll, put it on a plate. Beautifully cut diagonally and serve until it is cold. Pleasant! :)
