Quail eggs boil until ready, clean, squirrels carefully separated from the yolks, keeping the beautiful halves of proteins. We will stuff them. We carefully knead yolks with a fork, mixed with grated Parmesan, finely chopped cilantro and mayonnaise. We mix it well. We take a serving plate, lay out on it leaves of fresh arugula. Halves of quail eggs are stuffed with the mixture prepared by us. On top of each egg half we put a little red caviar. The appetizer is ready! :)
