- broth chicken - 1 liter (strong)
- onion - 2 pieces (medium)
- Cheese hard - 100 Grams
- Wheat bread - 200 Grams
- Butter - 2 Art. spoons
- greens chopped - 0,5 Glass (for serving on the table)
1. Prepare the chicken broth. The richest taste of soup will come out if you make a more saturated broth. 2. Bread is cut into small cubes and fried in oil (1 tablespoon). It's better if you have a little dried bread - it's easier to cut. 3. Cut the onions as small as possible, and fry in a spoonful of oil until it turns distinctly golden brown. 4. Put the bread and onions in a small saucepan, pour a very hot broth and boil for a few minutes over medium heat. 5. Grate the cheese, add to a saucepan and let boil for 5-7 minutes on a small fire. ATTENTION! Soup constantly stir! 6. Now the soup is ready. It should be poured on plates, sprinkled with chopped herbs and immediately fed to the table.
