Put a deep frying pan on medium heat. Pour the vegetable oil. Finely chop the onion, fry in a pan until softening. Peel and finely chop the sweet pepper. Also add it to the onions. Then add 3/4 cup of rice. Stir thoroughly for no more than 1 minute. Pour chicken broth, add cinnamon, salt and pepper, bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat, until the moment when the rice becomes soft and all the liquid is absorbed. It will take no more than 20 minutes. Then add the green peas and mix. Bon Appetit!
