Ingredients:- Flour, wheat 270 g
- Sugar 170g
- Butter 200 g
- Eggs chicken 3 pcs.

- Baking powder 2 tsp.
- Poppy 50 g
- Milk 180 ml

- Step 1 For the cake you will need: poppy, milk, sugar, butter, eggs, flour, baking powder, orange (juice and peel).
- Step 2 Milk warm (up to about 60) and pour the poppy seeds.
- Step 3 Whip the sugar with butter.
- Step 4 Add one egg at a time. Shake well until smooth.
- Step 5 With the orange, remove the zest and squeeze the juice (100-120 ml).
- Step 6 Add the juice and zest to the egg-and-oil mixture. Stir well.
- Step 7 Sift the flour with the baking powder. The dough is well mixed so that there are no lumps.
- Step 8 Now pour in the milk with poppy seeds. Stir thoroughly.
- Step 9 Lubricate the baking mold and sprinkle with flour.
- Step 10 Pour the dough evenly into the mold.
