Mix the eggs and flour, then add water. The consistency of the dough should not be thick. It is best to stand the dough for 1 hour. Add some more water if necessary. Heat the frying pan and add a piece of butter. Using a ladle, pour the dough into a frying pan, distributing a thin layer over the entire area.
