Toasts with blue cheese and onions

1. Fill a large bowl with cold water. Slice the leeks into thin slices thickly Ingredients: Instructions

1. Fill a large bowl with cold water. Cut the leeks into thin pieces 6 mm thick, to make about 3 cups. Add the leeks into the water and clean the rings of dirt and sand. Put onions on a plate or dish and dry. Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the butter, olive oil and, as soon as they completely melt, add the leeks to the pieces. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a few pinch of black pepper. Reduce the heat to a weak, cover and fry the leeks for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add seasonings to taste. 2. Cut the bread into slices 1 cm thick. While the leek is being prepared, grease the slices of bread with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Fry the slices until golden brown. You can immediately lay out the cheese when toasts are fried, or add it at the end. 3. Lay the toasted leek on the toast. Sprinkle with cheese if you have not already done so. Add a few drops of lemon juice if desired. Immediately submit.
