Pancakes with apples

0,5 l curdled milk, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. a spoon of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of soda (extinguished with vinegar), salt and sugar - to taste.

All products combine and pour in flour so much that the dough, flowing from the spoon into the total mass, leaves the "figure", and not evened. Dough for pancakes to put in a frying pan, and for each pancake, put the apples cut with thin slices. After that, turn the fritters and fry the side with the apples. Ready pancakes can be sprinkled with sugar.
