- Cognac - 50 milliliters
- Butter - 1 Art. a spoon
- Cheese hard goat - 30 Grams
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
Each bulb is cleaned and cut into 8 parts. In a separate bowl we make a dressing: mix honey and olive oil. We pour the chopped onion with a dressing. Each piece of the bulb should be evenly covered with dressing - this is important. We put onions in a baking dish, put in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the onion is soft. While onion in the oven - we are engaged in beef minced meat. Fry forcemeat 2 minutes, stretching, on high heat. Then add salt mince, add cognac and fry another 4-5 minutes. We unfold the pancake, put some minced meat and caramelized onions in its middle. From above a little bit sprinkle with lemon juice, put a little goat cheese, and wrap the pancake. Done!
