- croup of semolina - 2/3 Cups
- Wheat flour - 3/4 Cups
- milk - 3 cups
- water - 1/2 cup
- egg yolk - 2 pieces
- oil melted - 1 Art. a spoon
- Butter - 1/2 cup
- sugar - 1-2 Art. spoons
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- sour cream - 1/2 cup
Boil the milk (2.5 cups), then put melted butter in it, and also cover the sugar. Add semolina to the boiling milk. Do this very carefully, slowly, with a small trickle with constant stirring. Groats are cooked for 5 minutes on low heat, and then cooled. Once the porridge has cooled, pour the flour into it and mix it thoroughly. The remainders of the milk are mixed with yolks, half a glass of water and salt. This mixture is gradually introduced into the flour porridge and mixed until homogeneous. Pancakes are baked on small frying pans in butter. Serve with sour cream.
