WHAT DO YOU NEED:

• 200 g of blueberries
• 300 g of flour
• 3 tbsp. l. Sahara
• 500 ml of yogurt
• 1 egg
• a pinch of salt
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• vegetable oil for frying

WHAT TO DO:

1. Sift flour with salt and baking powder in a large bowl. Add sugar. Kefir beat with egg and pour into flour. Stir thoroughly so that there are no lumps; The dough for consistency should resemble thick sour cream. Clean the bilberries, wash them, carefully dry them and add them to the dough.

2. Preheat 1 tbsp in a frying pan; l. vegetable oil. Dough spread on a pan in portions of 2 tbsp. l. Fry pancakes 2 min. on the one hand, then turn over and fry another 1.5 min. with another. If necessary, pour a little oil into the frying pan.
