Pancakes on mineral water are very soft and tender. Preparation: Dissolve salt and sugar in mineral water. Add the vegetable oil, eggs and mix. Gradually add flour, stirring constantly while doing this. Flour should be added until the dough is consistently resembling liquid sour cream. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Using a ladle pour the dough into a frying pan and fry the pancake to a ruddy color. Turn the pancake off with a wooden spatula and fry it on the other side until it is ready. Serve hot pancakes.
