1) In a large bowl, mix the egg, milk, melted butter, sugar powder and salt until smooth

- Milk - 1 and 1/3 Cups
- ghee - 2 st. spoons
- sugar - 2 items. spoons
- flour - 1 glass
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
1) In a large bowl, mix the egg, milk, melted butter, sugar powder and salt until smooth. 2) Heat the pancake pan over low heat and smear with melted butter. Brush with a small amount of melted butter with a brush. Using a ladle, pour over the pancake batter as for pancakes. Tilt the pancake so that the dough evenly covers the bottom. Fry on each side for about 1 minute or until golden brown. Serve hot.
