Mushrooms are thoroughly washed, after which they are boiled to a soft state. Cool them and cut into strips. Onion shreds, after which it is fried in oil. To it mushrooms are added, after which everything is fried until golden. Once everything is ready, pour a couple of spoons of mushroom broth into the pan, close the lid and leave on low heat to stew until the moment of evaporation of all moisture. The mass is cooled and then passed through a meat grinder. Sour cream is added to it. Leave a small part of it for the final design of the dish.
