Cottage Cheese Cookies In general, echpochmak are Tatar pies with meat and potatoes, but the recipe for this cookie with the name "Echpochmak" is recorded in my culinary notebook for about 10 years. Also, having become interested, I learned that not only my cheese cakes borrowed their name from Tatar pies - many call it "echpochmak" (perhaps because of the form, because "echpochmak" translates as a triangle) and is referred to as Tatar dishes !! Well, I do not know, I do not know ... But I know for sure that this cookie is delicious!
Ingredients:- Curd 200g
- Butter 200 g
- Flour, wheat 400 g
- Soda 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar 100 g
- Table vinegar 3 ml
- Step 1 Prepare the necessary ingredients: soft butter, home-made cottage cheese, wheat flour, sugar, soda and a mold for cutting cookies.
- Step 2 Smooth the butter with cottage cheese.
- Step 3 Soda should be extinguished with vinegar and added together with flour into the curd-oil mixture.
- Step 4 Knead the elastic dough.
- Step 5 Roll the dough into a layer about 7 mm thick.
- Step 6 Cut out the biscuit pieces with a round mold.
- Step 7 Put all the sugar in the dish. Circles of dough dip in sugar, fold in half, and again dip and again add, so that turned out triangles, completely covered with sugar.
- Step 8 Put the biscuits on a baking tray (I spread it into a silicone mold) and bake at 180 ° C until ruddy.
- Step 9 Allow the cooked liver to cool and serve with tea or milk.
