- dry cranberries - 2 st. spoons
- pear nectar - 1/2 cup
- Wine - 900 Milliliters
- small twigs of fresh rosemary - 8 pieces
Put the cranberries in a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of warm water. Soak for 15 minutes. Drain, dry and cool before serving. Divide the pear-shaped nectar evenly among the eight tall glasses for champagne. Add the cranberry, and then gently pour the wine into each glass. Decorate with rosemary sprigs.
