- milk - 1 1/2 cups
- egg yolk - 3 pieces
- vanillin - 2 st. spoons
- flour - 1 1/2 cups
- granulated sugar - 2 items. spoons
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- ghee - 5 Art. spoons
In a large bowl, combine the milk, egg yolks and vanillin. Gradually add flour, sugar, salt and melted butter. Mix until a uniform mass is obtained. Heat the pancake and oil it with vegetable oil. Pour the required amount of the mixture on the pancake, fry for a few seconds or until a golden hue appears. The same fry on the other side. You can serve pancakes with your favorite fruits, sour cream, caramel, cheese and even ice cream.
