- Macaroni - 500 Grams
- broccoli - 1 piece
- Bulb - 1 piece (small)
- Garlic - 2 Teeth
- Fillet of anchovy - 2 pieces
- Chile - 1 piece (Chipotle or Serrano)
- Shredded tomatoes - 400 Grams
- Dry white wine - 1 glass
- Cheese Picorino - 150 Grams
Peel the garlic, cut the onion, chili, divide the broccoli. Then, in a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat 2 tsp. olive oil and fry the crushed garlic to a brownish color. Remove the garlic. Add onions and roast on medium heat until soft. Then, raise the temperature and add the anchovy fillet. Cook for a minute and pour a glass of white wine. Add the pasta and water. Then, tomatoes and a pinch of salt, mix and bring to a boil. Now the main thing is to calculate the cooking time. Broccoli is cooked in about 15 minutes, so if you cook 20 minutes of pasta, broccoli should be added 5 minutes after the previous step. Continue cooking on medium heat, add 1-2 cups of water. Water is added carefully, so as not to turn the dish into a continuous liquid. When the pasta and broccoli are ready, add the grated pecorino and gently mix. Can be served to the table. Bon Appetit.
