Filling in these pies are very different: raisins, dried apricots, nuts, poppies, candied fruits. Sometimes coins are baked for luck, sometimes ordinary beans. Our choice today fell on the Christmas chocolate cake with poppy seeds. You can decorate a cupcake in different ways, but what can be better than a shiny chocolate. - Step 1 To make a Christmas cake, we need to take chocolate with 80% cocoa, poppy, butter, eggs, flour, sugar, dark rum or cognac, baking powder; ganache is made from chocolate, cream, rum and poppy.
- Step 2 Put a pan of chocolate on a water bath. Melt.
- Step 3 Rinse the poppy well. Fry it in a frying pan. Spread 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds to prepare the cream.
- Step 4 Add the pieces of butter to the melted chocolate.
- Step 5 Sift the flour. Mix with baking powder.
