Pasta with spinach Rizoni (orzo) - a pasta, which in shape resemble rice. These small, interesting pasta are perfect for making many kinds of pasta, one of my favorites is pasta with this recipe, with spinach and Parmesan cheese. This recipe - just a wand-zashchalochka, simple, but at the same time the pasta turns out delicious, spicy, hearty and tasty! Spinach is desirable to take a fresh, and the cheese should not be from hard varieties - parmesan or granola filed. By the way, the rhizones are very well welded, ideally keep the shape, I highly recommend this paste!
Ingredients:- Pasta figured rhizoni 250 g
- Onion 0.5 pcs.
- Spinach fresh 300 g
- Cheese Parmesan 50 g
- Parsley fresh 0.4 bunch
- Butter 50 g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Turmeric 1 tsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare this dish, we need paste figured rhizoni, fresh spinach, butter, onions, fresh parsley, parmesan cheese, turmeric, olive oil, salt, black ground pepper.
