Peppers need to be washed, cut into halves, cleaned of cores and seeds, dried. Wash and cut into small pieces of spinach into a frying pan with olive oil. Stew under the lid for 2 minutes, without the lid for 2 more minutes. In a blender, grind to a uniformity the washed parsley, pine nuts, lemon juice, olive oil spoon, parmesan and garlic. Salt and pepper to taste. Then add the stewed spinach to it and again grind it to homogeneity. The resulting paste is stuffed with our Bulgarian peppers, after which we put them in a preheated oven for 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Done!
