"Green" pizza Pizza with avocados and spinach tried it for the first time, was pleased with this combination, because I love avocados - its peculiar oil taste is well palpable! Spinach also gave a piquant note, highlighted the taste of avocado, added a good portion of vitamins. A beautiful cheese crust and cervelat complemented the full gastronomic image and the pizza turned out to be unusual, but very tasty!
Ingredients:- Wheat Flour 125 g
- Yeast, fresh 8 g
- Salt 1.5 pinch
- Olive oil 0.25 tbsp. l.
- Water boiled 60 ml
- Tomato sauce 2 tbsp. l.
- Parsley fresh 0.25 bunch
- Sausage serverel 60 g
- Cheese hard 100 g
- Spinach fresh 300 g
- Avocado 0.5 pcs.
- Onion 0.3 pcs.
- Step 1 To make pizza with avocado and spinach we need yeast dough for pizza, fresh spinach, half avocado, cervelat, onion, fresh parsley, hard cheese, tomato sauce.
- Step 2 We spinach and parsley under running water, cut into small pieces. Onions and avocados are cleaned, chop the onions, and the avocado is cut into thin slices, cut the sausage cervelat into thin rings.
