1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl of a food processor. Add chopped butter Ingredients: Instructions

1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl of a food processor. Add the chopped oil and mix to the consistency of the crumbs. Add ice water and egg yolks, stir until homogeneous. Put the dough on a lightly floured surface, divided into two equal parts and form rectangles 1 cm thick. Wrap each rectangle in a plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes or up to 2 days. Spoon one or two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside. 2. Lightly sprinkle the working surface with flour and lay out the dough. Sprinkle the dough on top with a small amount of flour. 3. To form a large rectangle measuring 25x30 cm from one part of the dough. Cut the dough in half vertically and horizontally to make 4 rectangles. 4. Spoon about half a cup of filling with the edge of the rectangles. 5. Fold the rectangles in half and secure the edges. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling. Cover the patties with a plastic wrap and put in the freezer for 4 hours. Frozen pies can be stored for up to 3 months. 6. Put the patties on a baking sheet at a distance of 5-7 cm from each other. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Lubricate the patties with a beaten egg and sprinkle with a teaspoon of sugar. Make two small holes on the tops of the patties, so that steam will come out when baking. Bake for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 175 degrees and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes, then cool down on the counter. Serve the patties warm or at room temperature. Wrapped cakes can be stored at room temperature for three days.
