Mini pies on a stick

1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Wrap 3 baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone Ingredients:

Instructions

Put the dough on the work surface and cut the circles with a diameter of 6 cm using a knurled (or regular round) mold. 2. Place on prepared trays. Lubricate with butter on top. 3. Lay out 1 / 2-1 teaspoon of jam in the middle of each mug and lay out the candy sticks in the center. 4. Collect the remaining dough and trim. Cut 24 more mugs and put them on top. To break off a piece of an unnecessary wand and make the corrugated edges of the mini-pies, connecting them with each other. 5. Lightly beat egg white in a small bowl and grease them with patties. Then sprinkle with sugar. Bake the first 2 baking sheets about 14-16 minutes until slightly golden, changing the baking places in the middle of the cooking time. Bake the remaining baking tray with pies 14-16 minutes.
